Nuclear's top three: LEU, BWXT, UUUU: Nuclear's getting some love again, and $LEU's leading the pack, weekly emas curling up and price holding above the 200. If that holds, not much stands in the way of 230 (the call wall) and maybe 250 after that. Ranking the group $LEU, $BWXT, $UUUU in that order if you're looking for exposure.

BTC squeezes into the ATH VWAP, $HOOD's forming the handle: Bitcoin's testing the ATH VWAP, the average price of everyone who's bought since the highs, and hasn't closed a day above it since October. Still above the 200-day ema though, so the read stays constructive. $IBIT's fighting the same level, and $HOOD's forming a handle with positioning leaning bullish across strikes and expiries. If BTC clears and holds, the crypto-adjacent names may be next leg up.

Gold pullback to 4500 is the add-on spot: Been long gold since 4k and staying there, but if you're not in yet, don't chase it here. A pullback to 4500 is the spot to start a placeholder position in case it reverses back up without you. Long-term hard-assets thesis just keeps getting reinforced, there's still no real plan out there for the national debt.

$SMH's bounce-or-breakdown week: $SMH's basically flat today ($555.45), still parked in the same spot it's been arguing about for weeks. Either semis bottom around here and get a bounce this week (there's precedent for that the last two years), or they break down and sweep the July lows. No edge yet on which way it resolves, but this week is probably when it tips.

For MAG7 exposure: META, GOOGL, AMZN: If you want MAG7 exposure right now, the picks are $META, $GOOGL and $AMZN. $META's sitting in the 550s. No specific level or date attached here, just the read on where the relative strength is inside the group.

chart

Space sector still on the floor, $RKLB the relative leader: Space names are about as beaten down as any sector right now, breadth's basically on the floor. $RKLB looks like the relative strength leader in the group if the sector ever turns.

$SMTC's order book is locked in through next year: $SMTC's book is already locked in for the rest of this fiscal year, and over 70% booked for next year too. That's the kind of forward visibility that makes a good print worth trusting instead of fading as a one-quarter pop.

$PENG stuck waiting on AI infra sentiment to reset: AI infra tape is ugly right now, and the read is nothing in that bucket has much shot at real strength until sentiment comes back. $PENG's lumped in with the group for now, not a chase spot, better to wait for the tape to find its legs before adding.

PCE prints hot on the headline, core comes in cold: PCE landed at 0.2% MoM and 3.7% YoY, both a hair above estimates (0.1%/3.6%), and durable goods blew past at 1.1% vs 0.5% expected. Core PCE though landed dead on estimate, 0.2% MoM and 3.3% YoY, so the print that actually matters to the Fed didn't move. Read on it is it's a slightly hot headline but within the bounds of what the market was already bracing for, not the kind of surprise that rewrites the rate-cut story.

$QQQ boxed in between the gamma flip and 21-day ema: Quant's mapping $QQQ into a tight box this week: 7646-7655 is the gamma flip and the level that matters most, with the 21-day ema stacked right underneath at 7614-7625. Resistance sits 7683-7709, support 7600-7625, lose that and 7569-7571 is next down. Nothing to chase either way, just know where the fight is.

$META settles state child-harm claims: Meta's agreed to settle with states over claims Facebook and Instagram harmed kids. No terms disclosed in what we've got, so this is background noise for now, litigation overhang clearing a notch, not a level or catalyst to trade off of.
