1. $SMH is the outlier on the board, P/C up at 1.69 while NVDA, AAPL, MSFT and the rest are stacked call-heavy. The $570 put and next week's $550 put are pulling the volume with IV near 41-42%, so the crowd here is paying for downside protection, not betting on a bounce. Decent spot for put-selling if you're fine getting long semis on a dip, but it's a sign the chase hasn't spread to the whole complex yet.

2. $AAPL's P/C sits at 0.35, about as call-heavy as the board gets today. The $315 call is running 220k volume against just under 20k open interest, that's fresh money stacking above spot, not old positioning rolling over. Nothing in the tape says why. If $315 gets taken out easy the chasers get paid, if it stalls there's a lot of newly-opened calls that just bleed theta.

3. Hunting rich premium, $MU's $900 call is running 64% IV on 69k volume against just 8k open interest, spot's at $869 so that's real money betting on a breakout, not stale positioning. $AMD's $500 call is even hotter at 77% IV on thin OI, that reads more like lotto tickets than a thesis. Both are candidates for renting out the upside if you already own the shares, just size it knowing either one can swing hard in either direction.
