$ADEA thesis intact despite bonding delays, guide raised to $600M: Hybrid bonding timelines are getting pushed back for $ADEA, so this one's a story for the patient right now, not a chase. But management just raised the long-term annual revenue outlook to $600M from $500M on semiconductor confidence, and the transcript read is genuinely bullish on the ramp with real detail behind it, not just hand-waving. Long-term commentary still checks out even with the near-term delay.

chart

Unitree IPO next week, $INDI is the pure-play tailwind: Unitree IPOs next week, a tailwind for humanoid names broadly, but especially $INDI, the only Western supplier indie itself named alongside Figure AI in its own Q4 earnings. Worth watching for IPO-week flow to spill over into the name.

chart

$BWEN earnings could ride GEV's backlog tailwind: $BWEN looks like a solid earnings play. Power demand names have mostly guided well this cycle even when the initial reaction was ugly, see $GEV's beat that still sold off. GEV's backlog strength should feed into BWEN's revenue over the next couple quarters, so the guide here should hold up even if the immediate reaction is choppy.

chart

Semi supply-chain name up 8% premarket on the INTC/TSM tailwind: $Q printed a strong quarter, and when INTC and TSM smash earnings this name tends to follow given how embedded it is in the semi supply chain. It's up 8% premarket, the thing to watch is whether it breaks back into its prior channel this week or next.

chart

US500 posts first higher high since June, MAGS-led recovery is real: SPY was strongly higher again today, the recovery back toward ATH is more pronounced here than in prior bounces. $US500 followed through hard off Friday's downtrend break, putting in its first higher high since June. Green tape, but keep tracking whether it holds.

chart

DCA rule of thumb: don't buy right into earnings: If a name's earnings are coming up in the next few sessions, hold off on DCA-ing in. Let the print happen, if it sells off with the thesis intact, that dip is the better entry than buying blind ahead of the catalyst.

$AAOI's high-beta round trip, Thursday earnings the tell: $AAOI undercut the 200-day and ripped right back through it, about as textbook high-beta as it gets. Earnings hit Thursday, and a strong print could put 160 back in play. Still speculative until the number's actually out.

chart

Power grid thematic keeps confirming itself: Not a position here, but $AME just posted a big beat-and-raise, another data point for the power grid theme. $GEV's backlog is out to 6.5 years, $NVT is running organic growth over 40%, and $PLPC printed strong too. When four different names in the same theme all beat clean, that's the thesis confirming itself, not a coincidence.

chart

$FLNC's a watchlist name, earnings tomorrow: $FLNC's on the watchlist as a partially-researched name, not a position, with earnings tomorrow. There are hyperscaler deals announced last quarter but the details are still thin, so the setup's interesting on paper. Treating this one as speculative until it actually prints.

Rubner: July's flush cleared the froth, didn't break the trend: Citadel's Scott Rubner is saying July's sharp selloff and sector rotation cleared out excessive positioning without actually breaking market structure. Read here leans bullish: this looks like a healthy reset, not the start of a bigger unwind. Nothing actionable yet, just a good counterweight if you're seeing bearish takes on the tape right now.

$DOCN dips despite a clean beat, no clear reason yet: DOCN's numbers look extremely solid across the board, yet it's fading in premarket for no obvious reason. This one was a portfolio name before, so if the drop is just noise rather than something in the print, it could be worth a re-entry look. Not chasing it here, watching to see what the market actually settles on once it digests the numbers.

chart

$SHLS: solid top and bottom line, minor guide miss, probably a BTD: SHLS headline numbers look solid on both revenue and earnings. There's a slight guidance miss, but it's minor enough that this reads like a buy-the-dip setup rather than a broken thesis. Watching for the pullback before stepping in, not chasing the print itself.

SPX quant ladder for today: Quant levels for today, top to bottom: 7672-7680, 7636-7645, 7620, 7600, 7578, 7565, 7529. Extra weight on 7565-7578 as the pivot zone and 7659-7680 as the range bulls want to hold. No directional call attached, just the sign posts for $SPX today.

$BWEN position opened, options to follow into earnings: Started a position in $BWEN off a strong fill candle. Plan is to layer in an options component closer to earnings, so this is just the equity leg for now, not the full trade.

$SPY gamma stays positive, 762 is the pin: $SPY net gamma is positive for a third day running and still call-dominant, though it eased off some from yesterday. Spot's parked at 762.50 with the pin at 762 and support stacked at 761 and 760. The 758 floor thinned out versus yesterday's 749, so the catch underneath is weaker today, hopefully that doesn't matter. Constructive lean for now, but watching whether that floor actually holds.

$ADEA flips from big red to green: $ADEA reversed hard intraday, from deep red to green, right on the heels of the 'thesis intact, guide raised to $600M' read on the bonding delays. Nothing to chase off one reversal, but worth watching for follow-through given the fresh guide.

Sold the hedges, DCA'd the cash into LRCX, VIAV, GLW, SNDK, and new pick NVT: Hedges are off, so the book's more net long by default now, not a deliberate bet, just where the cash freed up. Took roughly 5% of the portfolio and DCA'd small adds across $LRCX, $VIAV, $GLW and $SNDK, plus a new name, $NVT. Sizing is small on all of these, just alerting the adds, not going all in.

O'Neil follow-through day, but expect some give-back: That gap-and-run candle is a legit O'Neil follow-through day, the kind of technical signal that matters, but hedges got closed before catching the move. Digestion over the next two sessions is the expectation now, it'll likely give some gains back, question is just how much. Still down big off the highs overall, so leaning toward selling into strength here rather than chasing.

Qs and SMH breaking out, but the tape's due for a breather: $QQQ and $SMH are breaking out here, but $SPX up 6% in four sessions says some give-back is likely over the next couple sessions. Want to see this digest without breaking red support underneath, that's the real tell on whether this holds. $SNDK and Korea strength would help SMH get its follow-through from here. Feels like a new trend forming, but let it prove it first.
