$UUUU's monthly chart has a clean level at 15.4 to clear for the next leg higher, sitting right on the weekly 21 ema too. $PPTA reports earnings this week and the setup still holds above the line in the sand. Rare earths news over the weekend is the fundamental tailwind here, both charts have looked a lot more constructive the last two weeks. Not chasing pre-breakout, but this one's on the watchlist.
